Processing & Shipping Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days within the United States.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Refund Policy
We want you—and your pet—to love every part of your Sweet Dreams experience.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:
• The package must be unopened and in its original condition
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Return:
Please email us at sweetdreamsusa@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for used products or items returned without original packaging.
